human satisfaction, and profit. Entries for this genres are forbidden and immediately deleted from our databases.
Complaints for inappropriate entries can be submitted to
Bawy as organization do not discriminate against race, color, ethnicity or religion. Separate categories for race
and ethnicity are established for categorization purposes only.
Bawy as organization makes no representation about it contestants, suppliers or advertisers.
Each contestant declares under own prejudice to own or have legal rights for the work submitted and claimed as
own. In the event of a dispute for it legal rights, claims should be addressed to the contestant whose work ownership
is contested. Bawy as organization, it Director, its employees, volunteers, service providers and advertisers shall
not be liable of any claims.
Bawy as organization does not represent, nor is involved in the making or exploitation of adult websites nor has
direct or indirect links to the adult entertainment industry other than the making, design, maintenance and ownership
of Bawy website, trademark and related properties.
Bawy as organization reserves its right to refuse entries from websites which content is unlawful under the United
States Law and/or from individuals for any reason stated on this document or any cause at Bawy's Director discretion.

All decisions made by Bawy as organization, it Director and or management personnel is final. Final result(s) from
contest(s) are published primarily at Bawy.org site. All result(s) are final once published.
Judges identity shall remain confidential at all times. Judges found to corrupt the principles of fair practices
will immediately lose their Bawy position and legal actions at their expense will be enforced against them and
those involved in such dishonest practices.
Winners to any Bawy contest grant us permission to use their name(s), picture(s) and any other graphical material
submitted for promotional purposes in Bawy.org behalf without any other compensation than what is being offered.
Bawy's email addresses can not be sold nor used on mailing lists and/or for purposes other than the ones they are
released for. Violators will lose all present and future rights to be considered nominees and/or winners and will
be prosecuted for spamming at their expenses.
Entry fees are collected upon entry submission. If fees are not honored by the banking institution, submission
acceptation is revoked. There is a us$30 charge for dishonored checks payable to Bawy whether or not a new entry
is submitted. A new entry can be submitted only once appropriate fee can be collected.
If you insert a link to Bawy UBC into your web page, you are entitled to 1 (one) entry to the current Universal
Beauty Contest without paying the subscription fee charge.
In order to get your free subscription, the link must be present in you page before submitting your entry. Write
into the comments field the url to your personal or business page where the link has been inserted.
To send checks, money orders, postal checks or any other correspondence, contact
us for mailing instructions.
When sending payments by mail, consider delays on the mail system. Mail deliver can take up to 30 days to arrive.
Send it early. Submission due date is December 10, of each year. Submissions arrived late will not be included
in the current contest.
Using any of our services, submitting material for review or judgment and using, subscribing on any other activity
related to bawy.org is an acceptance of these terms.
We reserve our right to refuse any entry for any reason at our discretion.
All graphics displayed on our sites are property of bawy.org and can not be used by anyone unless otherwise granted
in written. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law at their expenses.
