We take the following precautions to protect visitor's privacy.
1) All voter's submissions are done through a secure form with SSL encryption.
2) Special coded nomenclature is used to enter votes on the voting form. In this way, if for any reason the secured
submission is tampered, voting and voter identity is not compromised. (i.e.: Instead of typing the site name or
url to an adult website, participant enters an alphanumeric code which in our database represents the website voted
for, but the data submitted has no reference to a website. much less to an adult website.
3) All submitted votes are immediately downloaded to a computer not linked to the Internet.
4) All processing and accounting is done offline.
5) Email addresses (required to vote) are used only for vote authentication purposes and to enter the voter to
the appreciation sweepstakes. No voter's email is ever sold, or used for other purposes than mentioned here.
6) Sweepstakes winner email addresses are not published. Winners are contacted by private email.
7) No other personal information is required from voters to participate.
